【摘要】目的:比较不同浓度的LPS对人牙髓细胞（Human dental pulp cells）增殖及凋亡的影响。方法:通过体外原代培养人牙髓细胞，用不同浓度的LPS（0.01 mg/L、0. 1 mg/L、1 mg/L、10 mg/L、100 mg/L）刺激牙髓细胞,采用MTT比色法检测细胞增殖活性的变化。采用流式细胞术检测细胞周期及凋亡。在激光共聚焦显微镜下用Hoechst 33258染色法，观察LPS刺激后牙髓细胞形态的变化。结果:不同浓度的LPS刺激后实验组较对照OD值显著下降（P<0.05）。实验组均出现凋亡细胞，随着浓度的增加，凋亡细胞的数目显著增多，且核碎裂增多。结论: LPS可以诱导人牙髓细胞凋亡，且呈现浓度时间依赖性。
