B. REMARKS：
1.A charge of USD75.00 will be imposed for lost and / or damaged telephone sets.
2.Telephone services will be terminated one hour before close of the exhibition on the last open day and telephone sets must be For telephone with IDD services and overseas facsimile transmission, actual usage charges are excluded. Call charges plus returned to the services counter located in the venue.
3.24-hour power supply normally required for facsimile machine should be ordered separately for exhibition events.
C. PAYMENT
1.All orders must be submitted with FULL PAYMENT, exempt from any bank charges, together with required deposit in RMB. Orders without remittance will not be accepted.
2. On-site orders if accepted are subject to 50% surcharge on basic rental.

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
1.All items ordered are on rental basis. Exhibitors have to keep everything rented in good order and penalty will be made if any damage or loss incurred.
2.Exhibitors with very sensitive equipment are advised to bring their own stabilizer to cater for voltage fluctuation.
3.Any complaints regarding rental furniture / installation must inform the Official Contractor immediately. Otherwise all items are deemed to be in good order.
4.Exhibitors are not permitted to fix their own spotlights or fluorescent lights. Special lighting supplied by exhibitors can be handed over to the official contractor for installation at a nominal price.
5.Where it is not otherwise stated, the prices are for the duration of the exhibition.
6.On-site orders (if accepted) are subject to a surcharge of 50% on the basic rates and cash is available only.
7.All orders must be accompanied by Full Payment.
8.Please tick √ the appropriate spaces for items to be leased and indicate the location of these items on the Location Plan.
9.All items are on rental basis and any cancellation of orders will not be refunded. |
